About Dart Tree Products
|
I have been woodworking for over 35 years and throwing darts for about ten. I must admit I'm much better at woodworking than I am at darts, but I do love the game. I started making the original Dart Tree dart display rack about six years ago. Since then I have expanded on the basic product design and continue to add new handcrafted dart accessories, so be sure to bookmark or add this page to your favorites for future reference.
All Dart Tree dart accessories are handmade the old fashioned way, one at a time. I use only high quality woods and personally select each piece for the most consistent grain. The wood is then cut, routed and hand sanded. I use different stains to enhance the beauty of the wood grain and then finish each dart holder with several coats of hand rubbed wood wax for a beautiful semi gloss finish. The end result is a unique dart holder / display rack that will look great in any game room, rec room, home bar or wherever you play the game of darts.
Please keep in mind that no two pieces of wood are exactly the same. The pictures throughout my web site are representative of the different wood types and stains, and actual appearance will vary from piece to piece.

The Ultimate Way to Perch Your Darts

The "original" Dart Tree is made from a cylinder of solid oak that is cut flat on the back for wall mounting. Special tooling is used to drill the holes that hold twelve darts at just the right angle creating a gorgeous dart display. The holes are designed to support the darts at the base of the barrel and protect the dart tips. There is no metal contact so you don't have to worry about scratching or tarnishing those beautiful dart barrels or dulling steel tip darts.

The Dart Ladder shares many of the same features as the original Dart Tree dart holder, but because it is made from flat wood I can make them available in a wide range of solid hardwoods and sizes. Choose from oak, mahogany, or poplar. I hand select each piece to assure a wood grain that will display your darts beautifully.
